US Orders - Delivery in 2 to 7 business days. 

International Orders - Delivery in 5-9 business days. 

Please expect a processing time of 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days. Sale items may be returned for store credit unless FINAL SALE is specified.  

US returns & exchanges: Returns are easy! Customers can initiate a return or exchange through our return portal below. If you purchased Redo at checkout, they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own return label through the portal. You may choose between a return for store credit in the full amount of the order or a full refund less a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued 7-15 days after the item is received at our warehouse.

International returns: You may initiate a return by going through our return portal as well. International customers are responsible for paying for shipping to our warehouse in New York at this time. Refunds are issued 5-8 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

 

Exclusions: 

  • Sale items and items bought using a promo code can be returned for store credit within 14 days.

  • Swimsuits, socks, tights, jewelry, and small accessories.

  • Items that are used, worn, had tags removed, or have visible damage will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once the item is approved, your refund (minus original shipping fees) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If returning for store credit, your gift card will be emailed to the email associated with your order. 

 

 

 Warranties

Fear not! All shoes come with a factory warranty of 1 month for any issues related to the quality of construction. If you have any issue with your item related to fabrication and not due to normal wear and tear, please email us with images and your order number within one month to report them. We offer support with repair or replacements for covered issues. 

Please note that pulled heel tabs or damages due to misuse and heavy wear and tear are not included in this policy. 

 

 

Incorrect Items

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate.

 

 

Return Policy for High-Value Orders

For orders totaling $750 or more, a 15% return processing fee will be applied to any returned items. This fee covers the cost of restocking and handling associated with high-value returns.

Please note that this fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued. The remaining balance will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 days of inspecting the returned item(s) in original condition.

This policy applies to all returns of eligible items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
