Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days. There are just a couple exceptions to this policy:

Sale items may be returned for store credit unless FINAL SALE is specified.
We are unable to accept returns for swimsuits, socks, tights, jewelry, and small accessories.

US returns: Customers will receive a pre-paid return label upon initiating a return by emailing hotline@doublestandard.nyc with your order number. You may choose between a return for store credit in the full amount of the order or a full refund less a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued 7-15 days after the item is received at our warehouse.

International returns: You may initiate a return by emailing hotline@doublestandard.nyc with your order number. International customers are responsible for shipping to our warehouse in California, USA at this time. Refunds are issued 7-15 days after the item is received at our warehouse.
