RETURNS

 

You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of the day you received your order. Unfortunately we don't cover return shipping costs at this time. A shipping deadline will be provided to you upon contact with our team. Exclusions: 

  • Sale items and items bought using a promo code can be returned for store credit within 14 days.

  • We do not accept returns for swimsuits and accessories.

  • Items that are used, worn, or have had tags removed. 

If you need a different size, item, etc. place a new order for the item and return your item for a refund.

REFUNDS 

Double Standard is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit. Please contact your courier for assistance. 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund (minus original shipping fees) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Double Standard makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a gift certificate or refund for the out of stock item.

 

FAULTS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Double Standard does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Double Standard reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate

Return Policy for High-Value Orders

For orders totaling $500 or more, a 15% return processing fee will be applied to any returned items. This fee covers the cost of restocking and handling associated with high-value returns.

Please note that this fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued. The remaining balance will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 days of inspecting the returned item(s) in original condition.

This policy applies to all returns of eligible items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
