Fear not! All of our shoes are backed by a 60‑day factory warranty that covers any issues related to the quality of construction. If you discover a fabrication problem (not caused by normal wear and tear), simply email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll gladly assist with repair or replacement options to make things right.
Please note that refund requests for quality issues are only eligible within 14 days of receipt; after this period, we remain committed to supporting you through repairs, exchanges, or gift cards so you can continue to enjoy your purchase.
Damages resulting from heavy wear, misuse, or pulled heel tabs are not covered under this policy. We take every concern seriously and share feedback with our manufacturers to continually improve quality—because your satisfaction and confidence in our products matter most.

How to measure
To measure your feet, stand on a hard surface with your heel against a wall and mark the longest part on a piece of paper. Measure both feet (they may differ) and use the longer one. Round up to the nearest foot length on the chart.
