Quality shoes that arrived just like the picture. The shoes ran bigger than I expected so if you are a size 9.5 in US like me, I recommend getting their size 8.5. Returns/exchanges are swift and efficient. These shoes are beautiful and I will be wearing them for special occasions.

Beautiful shoe, I got so many compliments the first time I wore them. I just wish I got a half size bigger because the plastic tip of the shoe does not allow any stretch, so my usual size is tight and the shoe hurts to wear after a while. Their policy for exchange/refund is 14 days so keep that in mind because they will not allow any exchange beyond then sadly.

My feet are mismatched sizes, but generally both around a 5. At first I was worried, since my first couple hours walking in these shoes hurt my larger foot on account of narrowness near the toe. But the shoes naturally stretched out, and now they're perfectly comfortable. My new go-to fashionable walking shoes. I'm obsessed. Extra pleased that the shoes came with heel inserts, which I needed for my smaller foot!

I really love the shoes, they are so adorable and exactly as pictured. Only thing I would change about the design is the inner straps without buckles are very small and don’t stretch much. This makes it more of a struggle to put the shoe on than if all the straps had buckles.

I love these shoes sm. They are comfy and light and easy to slide on while I running out the door. Ive gotten a ton of compliments on them already and I feel very cute but ready to run a mile

pros and cons for sure. adorable design and true to size. they are nearly impossible to get on, as not all the straps are adjustable. one strap is slightly stretchy, but not by much. i needed my boyfriend to help me get them on lol. once they are on though it is fine. not the most comfortable shoe too i gotta say. they are a bit on the pricier side considering these are not actually from nyc but a chinese factory,,, buuuuut bc they are so cute i can kinda overlook some of the flaws.

I wanted to get some cute cozy shoes for a trip and LET ME TELL YOU I haven’t even gone on the trip yet but my first time wearing (just in case I needed to break them in or anything) I accidentally walked 2 miles and survived without a bruise or sore in sight. The accidental walk was actually comfortable and nice? That itself won me over! Hope to have these forever, TRULY recommend!

These were on my daughter's wishlist for the holidays. Initially they were sold out, but I was notified when they returned. I ordered, they arrived and my daughter LOVES LOVES LOVES them! They are really cute, comfortable & look like good quality! I recommend!

My daughter absolutely loved her shoes she was so happy when she opened the package.The customer support is extremely helpful and quick with their responses when reached out to. The down side de of my experience was the EXTREMELY long wait time, we received them weeks after stated when purchasing.

this is my second pair from here and ofc they did NOT disappoint im in loveeee with these shoes, im regularly a size 9 in most shoes and I sized up to a 9.5 and they fit perfectly so I recommend sizing up ! I can’t wait to wear these everywhere and I’m already looking for another pair to buy AHH !

I saw these in an Instagram ad and fell in love. Immediately bought them even though I was a little apprehensive because I’d never heard of the brand, but I figured I’d roll the dice because the shoes looked so cute and unique. They just came in the mail and I am OBSESSED. Just as cute in real life. I’m impressed with the quality of the design, and they are actually surprisingly comfy. I would definitely follow the guidance to size up if you’re in between sizes. I’m a true 9 so that’s what I ordered, and it def would not work for a 9.5. If you’re on the fence, go for it! I’ll for sure shop here again!
